Audra McDonald has replaced Merrin Dungey in Kate Walsh's Grey's Anatomy spinoff, Private Practice. I have mixed feelings about this because while I am in LOVE with Audra, Merrin Dungey is so fun and amazing. I loved her in Alias, and yes I will admit it, Summerland. Hopefully she backed out because she got a better offer...they should have canned Chris Lowell as the 'hot' secretary who surfs on his lunch breaks (upon second look, not that hot). I guess now I will actually have to watch this show. I have to support every theater star who gets a gig on TV (even if it means watching an awful FOX fake sitcom starring Parker Posey and Michael Arden...as a straight man. I'm not kidding).
