That monster is HUGE!

Young Frankenstein is opening at the Hilton Theater this fall, and they are already hyping themselves up for one MONSTER of a show! The production has yet to begin its pre-Broadway run in Seattle, but it is already hitting the headlines in New York.

Last week, it was announced that the top ticket price for the show will set a new record for the most expensive ticket in Broadway history!

Premier seats (in the front orchestra on Friday and Saturday evenings) will run $450, the most expensive regular-priced seat EVER on Broadway! Other tickets will go for $375, $120, $80, and $60 for the back-balcony (which, at the Hilton Theater, is like watching a show across a football field!). But don't start freaking out yet, on other lower-demand evenings, the top two ticket prices will be a full $100 less. 'Cause that's still not astronomically high for a largely un-original piece of musical theater (can you tell I'm really not a big Mel Brooks musical fan?). $25 tickets will also be available in some sort of raffle/rush form for each performance.
